Pregnancy Care
We offer comprehensive, midwifery-led pregnancy care for those planning to give birth at our birth center or at their local hospital. All clients receive the same relationship-centered, evidence-based prenatal care, with a focus on health, trust, and shared decision-making.
Birth Center
Imagine giving birth in a peaceful, home-like environment — wearing what feels comfortable, eating when you’re hungry, and surrounded by people who know and support you. Birth at our freestanding birth center is a safe, gentle way to welcome new life while maintaining the comfort and autonomy families value.
Postpartum & Newborn Care
Our postpartum and newborn care honors every pregnancy experience, whether adjusting to life with a newborn or healing after loss. We remain by your side, providing recovery care, encouragement, and support as you transition into this new phase of life.
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation offers a traditional option for supporting postpartum recovery and restoration. For clients who choose it, the placenta is prepared into capsules or other placenta-based preparations for personal use as part of their postpartum recovery. Prepared with care, these remedies are intended to support the body during the early weeks after birth..
Reproductive & Well-Person
Affirming, compassionate care for your reproductive and overall health—from your first period through menopause. We support concerns like menstrual changes, vaginal and urinary health, birth control, and life transitions, with care that respects your body, identity, and lived experience.
Herbal Wellness
Aya Birth & Community Wellness offers select herbal and integrative wellness products and consultations for those interested in integrating herbal support into their wellness routine or as complementary care. Our full apothecary is available through Gracie Deola’s Natural Wellness Remedies, which is maintained as a separate entity.
